     Hi, I’m Claire.

     I grew up in a small northern suburb of Chicago, near the Wisconsin border. My parents are both lawyers, and my siblings study law and medicine. I’m the artsy one in the family -- but I’ve definitely inherited the corporate mindset. I learned early on to keep my head down, work hard, and take one step at a time toward my goals, even when they feel out of reach.

     I grew up playing competitive volleyball, and that hyper-competitive streak has never really left me. I love to win. I have big dreams -- dreams that I will reach someday. Until then, I’ll keep taking steps.

     I love to bake (especially cupcakes), read (especially fantasy series), and laugh whenever I can. In fact, I recently joined the Pepperdine Improv Troupe.

     Music, though, is my first love. I sing, and I play the flute, piano, and guitar -- and I’m currently trying to add violin to the mix.
